Lonnie Joseph Westfall, 59, of Rankin, passed away at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday December 25, 2012 at Hoopeston Community Memorial Hospital. Lonnie was born on November 23, 1953, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Wilbur and Dorothy (DeMarco) Westfall. He is survived by his mother- Dorothy Westfall of Rankin, Illinois; two uncles- Joseph and Lou; and two aunts- Gerry and Barbara. He was preceded in death by his father. Lonnie graduated from North Central High School in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1970. He attended Indiana University, where he studied music. He was a member of the Murat Masonic Lodge, where he was involved in the DeMolay. Lonnie enjoyed music and gardening.
